At RMF Scrubs, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your professional medical apparel. If your scrubs don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed, unworn scrubs with all original tags intact into the original shipping bag or a secure mailing envelope.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Wait

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
